Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Perico Loco, we appreciate your business and are committed to providing exceptional service for every event. To ensure a smooth experience for all customers, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Booking & Deposits

● A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
● Your reservation is confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
● The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date, as agreed upon in your contract or invoice.

Customer Cancellations

● Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
● Cancellations made 14–29 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit.
● Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable due to scheduling, staffing, and inventory commitments.

Rescheduling

● We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
● One complimentary date change may be accommodated based on availability if requested at least 14 days before the event.
● Additional date changes may be subject to an administrative fee.

Weather Policy

● If severe weather prevents us from safely operating, we will work with you to reschedule whenever possible. Refunds are not guaranteed due to weather-related cancellations

Equipment Rentals

● Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.
● Customers are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during the rental period.
● No refunds will be issued once rental equipment has been delivered.

Food & Beverage Services

● Due to health and food safety regulations, all prepared food and beverage orders are non-refundable once preparation has begun.

Perico Loco Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Perico Loco must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to reschedule your event or provide a full refund of any payments received.
