Reservation Policy
Deposit Requirement
A 30% deposit is required to secure and hold the date for your event. This deposit will be applied to the total event cost.
Communication
It is essential to maintain open and timely communication with our team regarding your event. Failure to communicate about your event may result in losing your spot on our reservation calendar.
Last-Minute Requests
For events requested with less than a week notice, the request will need to be submitted to our reservation management team for approval. Approval is not guaranteed and will be based on availability and other factors.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before the Event
If the event is canceled before the event date, the following options are available:
1. 15% Refund: Half of the initial (30%) deposit can be provided; if cancellation is within 3 weeks before the event.
2. 30% Credit: The full 30% deposit can be credited towards a future event on a different date.
Event Cancellation During the Week of the Event
If the event is canceled during the week of the event, the initial 30% deposit will not be refundable. However, it can be credited towards a future event on a different date, subject to the following conditions:
Conditions for Credit
1. The new event date must be booked within 90 days of the original event cancellation.
2. The new event must be of equal or greater value than the original event.
3. The credit will be applied to the new event's total cost.
Additional Terms
1. Any additional costs or fees incurred for the new event will be the responsibility of the client.
2. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to any other purpose beyond the new event.
